We have a strong knowledge in database and web applications development, specially around IBM Informix & DB2 databases, Java, Android™ and geospatial engines.

Our commitment to innovation is as strong today as it was in 1988. No matter how successful we become, however, our story keeps evolving. Because, at DEISTER, resting on our laurels is not an option. In fact, we take great pride in thinking outside the box and exploring ways to continue to improve.

1988 – Founded in Barcelona around Sun Microsystems.
1989 – A Sun C library to allow fast reporting on Informix databases.
1990 – A Sun C library to automate development of large database applications.
1992 – Financial application core.
1993 – Purchases, Sales, Logistics, core.
1994 – Logic migration to Informix Stored Procedures.
1996 – Switch from C to Java: Porting of C reporting & development tools to Java.
1996 – Build a Java Swing client interface for reporting
1997 – Decision to move applications to web based client & server. Tomcat integration
2000 – First AX Webstudio servers delivered including reporting, OLTP forms, portal, …
2002 – Added AX Operating System functions to web servers (disk, mail, agenda).
2003 – Added full SOAP capabilities.
2004 – XSQL-Script language.
2005 – XSQL grammars for SQL Stored Procedures, Functions & Triggers.
2006 – Print-Perfect Operational Report, and Page-Perfect Report tools.
2007 – XSQL grammar completed for major RDBMS (Informix, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
2008 – Pixel-Perfect Business Reports – ext.js integration
2009 – Android™ SOAP client for AX OS, PDF signers & verifiers.
2009 – Added geospatial capabilities to XSQL grammar and Web components.
2010 – Enhanced portal capabilities for Web and Android™ clients.
2011 – Android™ Point of Sale & Sales force.
2011 – Android™ Sales force + AX Google Bridge.
